You can download applications for funding from our community lending programs. The applications are formatted for the PC or MAC and will save to your hard drive or a diskette in seconds.

Each application begins with a page of directions about how to complete it. Please read these directions carefully and follow the guidelines as you complete the application. Contact us if you have problems downloading or have questions about the application process. Note: If you alter the body of the application in any way, your application will not be considered for funding.

Funding through these programs is awarded only to financial institution customers of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle.

The 1999 application deadlines are as follows:

Challenge Fund: March 15, June 15, September 15, December 15
Home$tart: March 31
Affordable Housing Program: April 15, October 15
Community Investment Program and
Economic Development Fund: applications accepted anytime.
