Financial Services Representative
A motivated team member is needed to provide high quality, fast-paced telephone customer service in a financial services department. Along with high-volume customer contact, responsibilities include processing transaction requests and wire transfer activity. Requirements include strong data entry and PC skills, accurate 10-key skills, an understanding of accounting principles and an ability to make judgements and resolve issues within deadlines. An experienced professional is needed to coordinate the Seattle Bank's technical sales strategy efforts. Will support Seattle Bank's product development efforts by conducting competitor, market and financial research. Duties include development and ongoing production of analytical applications and reports, sales presentations to financial institutions, training and support for regional sales efforts. Familiarity with balance sheet and statistical analysis, secondary mortgage and commercial real estate markets, wholesale and community-based banking, asset/liability management.
Qualified candidates will possess sales/marketing experience, preferably in the financial field.
